Service call fee covers travel proses of checking your equipment and presenting an estimate. If client decided to proceed with repair service call fee applied to cost of the repair. Vice versa if client for some reason declined the repair he or she will be responsible only for service call fee.
Upon agreement we start working on Your equipment seventy percent of the time we can finish in the same appointment with no parts or parts from van stuck. Sometime we need to order parts we use original parts from manufacture. Usual time to get parts is 1-3 business days. In rearcases it can take up to two weeks to get the part. Time on part arrival will be presented with the estimate.
